-We deliver to all destinations within India.

-Orders below INR 3000 are subject to a nominal Low Order Fee of INR 200.

-Enjoy waived Low Order Fee on orders above INR 3000, ensuring hassle-free shipping across India.

-Expect your order to arrive within 4-6 working days from confirmation.

-To expedite delivery, your order may be dispatched in separate shipments based on product availability.

-Pre-order items will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned on their respective product pages.

For International: 

Meraki extends its shipping services worldwide, ensuring accessibility to all destinations. Here's what you need to know about our international shipping process:

-Orders below USD 95 are subject to a nominal Low Order Fee of USD 6.

-Enjoy waived Low Order Fee on orders above USD 95, ensuring hassle-free shipping worldwide.

-Prices listed on our website include all applicable duties and taxes payable in India.

-Duties or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility and will be collected upon delivery.

-Be aware that some shipping partners may charge an additional service fee for customs duty payment. You can avoid this fee by arranging customs clearance upon parcel arrival.

-Expect delivery within 10-12 working days for international orders, subject to border and customs clearance delays.

-Track your shipment using the provided details and ensure availability for collection upon delivery.

-In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, our shipping partner will notify you. -Please arrange an alternative delivery time.

-Unclaimed orders returned to us will incur deductions for shipping costs and customs duties/taxes. The remaining balance can be refunded or issued as store credit.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

-On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

-Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. Feel free to periodically track your order's progress.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY: 

For India:  

- Currently, our company is following strict health and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees.

- Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 2 days of order delivery. Kindly keep the tags intact.

- Re-use the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper care and protection

-Items must be in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact

-They must be unused and unwashed, unsoiled without any stains or damages

-Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return

-Typically, it takes 10-15 days to complete your exchange or return request

- Return/Exchange of full-priced products can be done against the product(s)/store credit.

- Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

- Exchange can only be processed once each item is purchased.

- All shipping charges and low order fee are non-refundable.

For International: 

- We accept exchanges and returns within 3 days of you receiving the shipment

- Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page

- Shipping costs and any customs duties and taxes in the process will be borne by you

- The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will have to be borne by you. In addition, it is your responsibility to pay any customs duties and taxes resulting from returning the item(s).

- We recommend using a reputable shipper that provides a tracking service

- Share the shipper and tracking details with us once the item(s) have been shipped

- We must receive the item(s) back within 20 days of your request being approved

- Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return

In case of an exchange:
     - Our team will inform you once your exchange item(s) are ready for dispatch
     - If the exchange item(s) cost more than the original item(s), you will be asked to pay the differential amount
     - If the exchange item(s) cost less than the original item(s), you will receive the balance in the form of a store credit
     - The cost of shipping the exchange item(s) will have to be borne by you
     - Any customs duties and taxes on the exchange item(s) will have to be borne by you
     - We will share shipper and tracking details once the item(s) have been dispatched

- In case of a return:
      - You will receive the balance amount in the form of a store credit

- Store credit is valid for a 3-months period from the date of issue

- Shipping fee, low order fee and gift services (if any) are non-refundable

- Gift cards cannot be returned for their monetary value

- Typically, it takes 20-30 days to complete the entire exchange or return process
